Everyone should stop drinking herbal tea, smoking, taking aspirin 2-3 weeks in advance and oral contraceptives 1-month in advance of their scheduled procedure date.

• Loose fitting, comfortable or baggy t-shirts to wear at home over your compression tights
• Thin ankle socks for day to day
• Loose fitting sneakers or slippers/slides to wear around. Your feet will swell and sneakers can feel uncomfortable around the ankle bone.
• Feminine hygiene products such as pads or tampons in case you get your period. Depending on the individual, the stress from travel and surgery may bring your period on earlier than usual so it's best to be prepared.
• Loose, comfortable, soft lounge pants made of thin cotton are recommended as thick fleece can feel hot and overwhelming with your compression tights underneath.

For Liposuction & Lipedema Removal:

• Rubber gloves to help put your tights on and prevent your nails from ripping through them.
• Graston Muscle Scraper. Speak with your surgeon prior to using Graston muscle scraping for fibrotic tissue. Timing for this will vary per client, your surgeon will guide you accordingly, however general guidelines are to start 1-month post-op.

FOR CLIENTS WHO BOOKED TRANSPORTATION

1. After collecting your luggage, *turn right* and go to exit *Gate 13* and go outside.
2. On the *left side* after the door, look for the *yellow "GUIDE 01" sign*. If you can’t find it, ask an airport staff member for assistance.  
3. Give your *full name* to the staff. They will check the list and call your driver.  
4. Within 10-15 minutes, you will be taken by elevator to *2nd floor*, where your vehicle will be waiting. (Tourism vehicles can only pick up passengers from 2nd floor.)
